Your colour printing requirements shouldn’t be compromised by high colour costs.  With innovative Tiered Billing from EMS you can rest assured that you will only pay for the colour you use when you use it.

How does it work?  Our intuitive billing system available on our range of UTAX devices automatically calculates the amount of colour toner used to produce each page you print.  It then records the page against one of four meters depending on the level usage meaning you will only ever pay for the amount of colour you have used.

If most of your printing is at Colour Level 1 or Level 2 you are most likely being charged at colour Level 3.  See examples below of an approximate percentage coverage.

The UTAX 2506ci and 3206ci multifunctional systems. A flexible A3 colour multifunctional system that can cater for many different user requirements. This device offers a high level of user-friendliness and diversity.   As well as routine tasks, the system can also manage more complex tasks such as:

Professional printing: The 1,200 dpi resolution, newly developed toner, printing in SRA3 format and the option to process different paper thicknesses allow you to create highly professional documents in brilliant colour quality.

Maximum security: The ‘Private Printing’ function ensures that print jobs can only be started directly on the system by authorised persons. This means that confidential documents actually remain confidential. The optional ‘Data Security Kit’ allows you to increase security even further. Data on your hard disk is encrypted and securely deleted when it is no longer needed.

NFC interface for direct printing from an Android smartphone or tablet. Now there‘s nothing more standing in the way of mobility.

Unbelievable flexibility: You can process up to 7,150 sheets from six paper feeds* for various media, duplex printing and used as cover sheets.

Fast Scanning: The 270-sheet dual scan original feeder* for fast scanning in a single operation and gentle handling of original documents.

Do you need different finishing options? We can offer you these! Everything is possible: from the space-saving internal finisher with 50-sheet stapling to a brochure finisher that also creates tri-folding for letters in addition to brochures with up to 64 A4 or A5 pages. In addition, all finishers can be equipped with a punch unit.

Simplest operation: The menus of the large 9-inch colour touch display are intuitive to use. You can access the home menu at all times via the home button plus you can adapt this menu to suit your personal needs. The HyPAS interface allows you to easily integrate software solutions* to optimise your specific processes.

Energy Saving: The systems conserve resources at the same time by allowing blank pages to be automatically filtered out during scanning and copying.

EMS were delighted to donate a raffle prize to Rathvilly National School recently.  We received a lovely Thank You card from Sixth Class who who raised €2, 366 for two great charities, Crumlin Childrens Hospital and Cara Girls Rescue Centre in Kenya.  Big well done to all involved from EMS!

Our new look vans are on the road and look absolutely great!

EMS continue to support Pieta House as corporate sponsors.  Pieta House are holding a Masked till Midnight event on Friday 31st March at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham.  Events such as this allow Pieta House to continue their life saving work.  Support to the fabulous team at Pieta House has enabled them to help just under 29,000 people free of charge since opening their doors in 2006.  Tickets for the event are available through Click Here this link.
