TEAM #109 CAPS OFF 2019 BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIP CAMPAIGN AT BRANDS HATCH
Cork-based Team #109 ended their 2019 British championship campaign with a great showing at the season finale at Brands Hatch, with Eunan McGlinchey battling for the title right to the wire, Graeme Irwin scoring his best qualifying to date, newcomer Mika Pérez taking two top-ten finishes, as well as James McManus continuing year-long progress onboard the Ninja 400.
Graeme Irwin capped off an impressive rookie season in the Pirelli National Superstock 1000 campaign taking his best qualifying finish to date, putting the Kawasaki ZX-10RR on the second row of the grid, after finishing the session in sixth position.
Speaking about the final weekend of the campaign, team manager Paul Tobin said; “It was certainly an eventful round to cap off the season, and as always the team did an excellent job in coping with whatever came their way. Eunan McGlinchey was in the running for the Superstock 600 championship all the way up until the checkered flag, which shows you how close the margins were in that class. Eunan has been great this season yet again, claiming numerous wins and battling for podiums throughout the course of the year, and until the final lap of the campaign could well have won the title in his debut season in the class.”
Team #109 would like to thank all their sponsors for their continued support throughout the 2019 season.
